Red dates and hawthorn scones
Overview
My son is very happy every time I make scones. In addition to eating, he especially likes to press the molds with me, just like playing with plasticine. He presses out various patterns and feels very satisfied. While pressing, he says: Mom, I have helped you a lot. Hehe, he is so cute, my little man. I used hawthorn for this scone. For northerners, they eat more meat in winter. This snack is just right for digestion. The hawthorn is too sour, so I processed it into jam to reduce the acidity. In addition, I added red dates, so the taste is not monotonous.
