Put fine sugar and water into a milk pot and heat over low heat until the sugar melts;

The color of the sugar is gradually deepening. Gently shake the pot to heat evenly;

When the sugar starts to brown, add salt;

When the pot begins to boil, remove from the heat quickly;

Heat the light cream in another milk pot until it bubbles slightly at the edge of the pot;

Pour the heated whipped cream into the caramel, and the pot begins to boil again;
