When you buy the tofu, sprinkle salt evenly on all 6 sides

When cooking, rinse the tofu with salt and cut it into small pieces

Mince the ginger, garlic and Sichuan peppercorns and place them together. Mince the meat. Prepare chopped green onion, black bean, chili powder and watercress

Fry the meat until golden brown

Add ginger, garlic, and pepper and stir-fry until fragrant

Add watercress and stir-fry till red oil comes out

Add tempeh
-
Add chili powder and stir-fry

Add appropriate amount of water and bring to a boil

Place tofu cubes, add appropriate amount of light soy sauce and sugar

Add appropriate amount of water to thicken cornstarch

Take out the pan and add chopped green onion
