Chopped pepper, pickled pepper (chopped), pickled pepper water, chopped pepper and pickled ginger slices, shallots (chopped green onion), and a few slices of ginger (forgot to take pictures)

The flowing pure water rinses away the blood inside and outside the fish head

Put the onions, green onion knots and ginger slices into the bottom of the bowl

Place the salted fish head on top, top with ginger slices and chopped pepper ginger slices (put one side on each side)

Heat up more corn oil in the pot, and pour chopped pickled peppers and chopped peppers into bowls (it can make the two kinds of peppers crispy) (I forgot to take pictures)

Put the chopped pepper and pickled pepper on both sides of the fish head respectively, add a little pickled pepper water and mix it evenly and pour it evenly on top (this is homemade steamed fish soy sauce)

Put it into the steamer and steam it over high heat for 7---8 minutes (do not steam for more than 10 minutes, otherwise it will become too old and the taste will not be tender)

When serving, sprinkle with chopped green onion

The two kinds of pepper soup are best eaten together with the fish head.
