[Red bean rolls] Sweet rolls. I haven’t used the oven for a long time. I started to use it recently. People always have some habits. Every time I use the oven, the bread is rolls, the cake is chiffon, and the biscuits are the most ordinary butter biscuits... This time is no exception. I still start with bread rolls, haha! I also made this honey red bean myself, and it tastes really good. When you make bread at home, you can't get the smell of a bakery, but one thing is for sure, it tastes better than the bought bread!

Add other ingredients except butter into the bread machine barrel in order of liquid first and then powder, and stir briefly.

Start the dough mixing program of the bread machine. After one program is completed, the dough is formed and butter is added.

Start a dough mixing program again, the dough can pull out the film, but the quality of the film is not very high. Usually I start a dough rising program (my bread machine's dough and dough are integrated), so that the membrane can come out better before fermentation starts.

Deflate the risen dough, divide it into round balls and let it rest for ten minutes. Cover with plastic wrap.

Roll out the relaxed dough into a long tongue shape. Spread honey red beans evenly.

Roll it up and be sure to seal it tightly.

Arrange neatly on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper and place in the oven to ferment.

Brush the risen bread dough with water and place it in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
