Overview

Inspired by Huo Shaoyun Toast, only egg yolks are used to make golden fried rice, and there is nowhere to put the remaining egg white, so I bake it as a decoration for the fried rice. Unexpectedly, it tastes good, like eating marshmallows, and the fried rice seems to be floating on the clouds after being plated.

  1. The egg whites and yolks should be separated, the green onions should be chopped, and the green beans should be cooked. Stupid eggs are relatively small, so I used three. Two ordinary eggs will do.

  5. Line a baking sheet with tin foil, use a spatula to spread and shape the egg whites, preheat the oven to 150 degrees for the upper tube and 200 degrees for the lower tube, and bake on the middle rack for 8 minutes. Don't wait too long, it will turn into a burning cloud.

  8. Put the baked egg whites on a plate. It turns out that it is a bit difficult to remove the foil. It is best to bake the egg whites directly on a heat-resistant plate.
