Scramble a few eggs and set aside. You can add a little salt first

Mix the leeks, vermicelli and eggs together, add a little thirteen spices and cooking oil and mix well

Divide the dough into small pieces and roll it into dough

Before wrapping, add salt and two raw eggs into the vegetable filling and stir. Do not place too much vegetable filling on the dough, otherwise the filling will be exposed
