Add 15 ml of olive oil to the cold rice and stir well.

Chop sausage, mushrooms and vegetables.

Heat oil in a pan, sauté minced garlic, add mushrooms and sausage until fragrant, add an egg and stir-fry until loose.

Add the rice and stir-fry evenly. When the rice is loose and slightly dry, add the vegetables and stir-fry until cooked.

Then add chicken essence, salt, cooking wine, white pepper, and chopped green onion and stir-fry evenly.
