Soak dried wild sea cucumbers in cold water until soft, put them into a pot of cold water and simmer for about 20 minutes, take them out and let them cool, remove the internal organs and wash them. Simmer them repeatedly in cold water until the sea cucumbers can be pinched through. Place them in cold water with ice cubes and refrigerate them in the refrigerator for three days. Take them out and cut them into thick strips.

Prepare bamboo shoots, lettuce heads, carrots and green onions;

Peel, wash and cut into shreds.

Pour sea cucumber strips, bamboo shoots, lettuce and carrot shreds into cold water, add chicken fat and a little salt;
