Wash the king oyster mushrooms, chop the millet pepper and put them together with the minced ginger, minced garlic and minced green onion.

Steam king oyster mushrooms until cooked.

Let the steamed king oyster mushrooms dry for a while, then tear them into thin strips of even size by hand. Can be operated with disposable gloves.
