Meat floss bread

Meat floss bread

Overview

BreadTalk has a meat floss bread, which is our little one’s favorite. That day I went to BreadTalk to buy an ice cream cone, and I happened to see a pastry chef making this bread in the window, so I watched through the glass: the chef first spread salad dressing on the surface of the cut bread, and then wrapped it in meat floss. A meat floss bun worth 7 yuan was completed. When I got up early yesterday morning, I suddenly remembered this bread, so I started making it~ Because I am a newbie in baking, there were many problems in the previous bread making. Later, I wrote them down one by one, and then checked the information on the Internet. So this time, I made new improvements in the kneading and fermentation techniques, and the results were reflected. The bread is soft and moderately hard, and it comes with plenty of salad and meat floss. Sure enough, by making it yourself, you can have enough food and clothing. Mom and my aunt both praised it, and they were very happy. Okay, without further ado, here are the recipes one by one. To be honest, the bread recipe is really complicated. You have to think about how to make it and take photos at the same time. It’s really hard work.
