Wash and cut asparagus into sections

Peel and devein the shrimp.

Blanch the shrimp until bent

Cut yellow pepper into small pieces

Put oil in the pot and when it is 60% hot, add chopped green onions and sauté until fragrant

Add asparagus and yellow pepper and stir-fry until asparagus skin changes color

Add the shrimp and stir-fry.

Add appropriate amount of salt and stir-fry evenly before removing from the pan.
