Overview
With the bread machine, it is very easy to make homemade pork floss. Just marinate, boil and stir-fry it, and the delicious pork floss will appear in front of you instantly.

Cut the pork into pieces, add onions and ginger and marinate for half an hour.

Put the meat, onion and ginger into a pressure cooker and add water to cover the meat. Add a little Sichuan peppercorns, bring to a boil over high heat and then reduce to low heat for 15 minutes.

Remove the meat.

Mash the meat with the end of a rolling pin and use a fork to shred the meat into thin strands.

Put the shredded pork into the bread bucket, add all the seasonings, and turn on the jam function. (If there is no jam function, you can use the stir-fry and bake functions alternately. Please be careful: when baking, stir with chopsticks every 10 minutes or so to avoid burning.)

Stir-fry until it is as dry and wet as you like and then it is ready to serve. I like the floss with a rustic texture.
