Stir-fried flower crab with onion and ginger
Overview
We usually eat more flower crabs at home, because their meat is sweet and the shell is not too hard, so they can be easily bitten open and eaten. Usually they are steamed, but I want to do something different this time~~ Let’s try fried ones~~
