Chicken Caesar Rice
Overview
I didn't go out for the past two days, so I looked through the refrigerator and found only chicken wings, so I fried them to make this chicken Caesar rice (it would be even better if I replaced them with fresh chicken legs). The two of you and the kids were biting each other, and we were all set in action!

Steps
-
Prepare ingredients.
-
After washing the rice, add appropriate amount of water and cook it into rice.
-
Clean the chicken wing roots and cut them into small pieces. Add appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, peanut oil, rice wine, shredded ginger, and a small amount of cornstarch and marinate for ten minutes.
-
Then peel and shred the carrots, wash the lettuce and cilantro and set aside.
-
Heat a little oil in the pan and add the chicken pieces.
-
Fry slowly over low heat, add chopped green onion after frying.
-
After the rice is done, serve it in a bowl and place it upside down on a plate.
-
Boil a pot of water, blanch the lettuce and immediately place it on a plate.
-
Blanch the carrots again.
-
Spread over lettuce.
-
Then put the chicken pieces on top and drizzle with Caesar salad dressing. Just add coriander and it's ready.
