Sweet and Sour Pork Strips
Overview
There is a child in my family who doesn’t like to eat meat. Friends who are familiar with me seem to know that children in the growth period can grow one centimeter in a month. If they don’t eat meat, how can they keep up with their nutrition? Sad, really sad. His dad and I often say in private that we don’t want to grow to 1.85 meters, as long as we grow to 1.80 meters. Hey, the requirements are not too high, nor are they too low. After all, his dad and I are not too tall people. This outer loin is only a little less tender than the tenderloin. It is what my family often buys. This part is easier to shape when shredded and cut into cubes. Stir-fried and fried foods are both fresher and less spicy. Transforming children into eating more meat is the goal I have been working hard on. Just like this sweet and sour pork strips, it is made for children. It is added with tomato sauce. It has a bright color and a sweet and sour taste. It changes the unique taste of the meat to a great extent (my child said). He likes it very much. It is my greatest wish to let my children grow up healthily.
