[Sweet and Sour Seed Ginger] A sweet and sour side dish. When I went to the market that day, I saw this excellent looking Seed Ginger. Of course I had to buy it! Zijiang, as the name suggests, young ginger! Because it is not as spicy as old ginger, it does have some special ways of eating it. Using ginger to stir-fry offal, make kimchi, pickle sweet and sour ginger, or make ginger candy are all incomparable to old ginger. Wash and cool, cut into slices and marinate, eat these every day, it feels good.
