Cut the duck meat into pieces, cut the yuba into two inches long and soak in water for half an hour. Set aside.

Add spices, ginger slices and garlic to hot pan and saute until fragrant.

Add duck and fry until oil comes out.

Add rock sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cooking wine and stir-fry until colored.

Add boiling water to cover the duck meat, cover and simmer for 20 minutes, then add yuba, white garlic, and salt and simmer for another 10 minutes.

Add garlic leaves, drizzle in sesame oil and cover and serve.
