Braised pomfret with garlic
Overview
The beginning of June every year is the season when Qidong Lusi Fishing Port is closed. As more and more people eat fish, there will be fewer and fewer fish. If overfishing occurs without control, fish resources will inevitably be depleted. The purpose of closing the port is to give the fish a chance to breathe, and then feed them to people when they grow up. Today I bought some small pomfrets, which were frozen and braised with some garlic. They tasted good.
