Red date toast
Overview
Toast is my favorite type of bread. Not greasy. The flavor is simple. I added extra red dates myself. It tastes very sweet and fragrant.

Steps

All materials are weighed and ready. Only keep the egg liquid.

Add olive oil to the bread machine bucket.

Add water and eggs. Salt, sugar. Use chopsticks or something to stir it up a little.

Add milk powder.

Sift in low-gluten flour and high-gluten flour.

Make a well in the middle and add yeast powder. The bread machine starts the dough mixing process.

Prepare and wash the red date slices.

Take out the mixed dough and divide it into three equal pieces.

Use a rolling pin to roll into a cone shape. Then spread the red date slices evenly.

Roll up inside.

Do all three.

Cover with plastic wrap and ferment.

To 2 times the size.

Preheat the oven to 130°.

Place in the middle layer, heat to 120° on top and 125° on bottom. Bake for 35 minutes.

After baking, take out and cool and slice.
