Eight treasures rose mash
Overview
This beauty and nourishing soup is mainly made from fermented glutinous rice grains (called fermented rice in some places), and added with peanut kernels, wolfberry, red dates, quail eggs, roses, and rose paste to make the soup.

Prepare materials.

Boil and peel the quail eggs and set aside.

Prepare red dates, peanuts, and raisins, wash them separately and set aside.

Prepare 200 ml orange juice.

Make a cup of rose water and set aside.

Add the water soaked in rose flowers to the pot and cook the red dates and peanuts. Add glutinous rice wine, raisins, and quail eggs and cook briefly.

Add orange juice and rock sugar to the pot and cook for a while to thicken the cooked glutinous rice.
