Spicy fried squid
Overview
The nutritional value of squid is very high. It is rich in a variety of amino acids necessary for the human body. The composition of essential amino acids is close to that of complete protein. It is a nutritious and healthy aquatic product with a good flavor. When making squid, I like to stir-fry it with spicy sauce. This time I changed the method and stir-fried it with spicy crispy cake. It is also delicious.

Clean the squid, cut into strips, add cooking wine, sugar, and pepper and marinate for a while.
