Fried squid with onions
Overview
The cooked squid makes people feel uncomfortable. What to do and how to do it? After searching around, I found that there were more fresh squid and less dry squid. Finally I saw two or three recipes for dry squid with water, so I quickly got them. Swap out the ingredients and make an onion and squid roll according to what you have on hand. I thought it was fried squid, but I never thought that the squid would seep out a lot of water soon after being put into the pot. It was not like dry stir-frying, but no different from braised. I didn’t know if something was wrong, but I still had to bite the bullet and continue following the procedure. It looked like there was too much water, so I simply removed some of it. When it was about to come out of the pot, I thought the color was too monotonous, so I grabbed a piece of green onion, shredded it and threw it into the pot. It suddenly felt more pleasing to the eye. Take it out of the pot and weigh it if it tastes good or not. I just don’t know why there is so much water. Is it because the squid has grown too much? ? ?
