Cold Shredded Chicken
Overview
In this weather, I really don’t want to cook, and always want to have some cold dishes. My family is a spicy food lover, and this dish has a spicy aroma. This dish is Bangbang shredded chicken modified according to my own taste. The authentic chicken breast is used, but I feel that the meat of the chicken legs will be more tender.

Prepare chicken legs

Prepare the spices

Knot the chives and put them into the pot

Add ginger

Add cooking wine to remove the fishy smell and cook for 10 minutes

After cooking, ice it with cold water for a few minutes

Prepare the spicy oil, this one is prepared in advance

Add some sesame oil to the spicy oil (according to your own taste)
