Wash the hairtail fish, cut into small pieces and fry in the pan. Use less salt!

Get your onions, ginger, garlic and coriander ready! Pat the garlic without cutting it

Stir the pot with onion, ginger and garlic. Put the fish into the pot

Add cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, salt and chicken essence. Add a little more water and simmer. Just half a cup of water!

When the soup is almost gone, add the coriander and it’s done! It tastes great!
