First, measure the rice and fragrant rice into two cups of the electric pressure cooker according to your preferred ratio. Then measure 2.5 cups of broth. My broth is leftover from cooking the meat when making pork floss. Steamed rice tastes good, and you can also add noodles or something. If there is no broth, just use water. Then select the rice cooking function of the electric pressure cooker. You can use a rice cooker or steamer to steam the rice in this step. While steaming the rice, we can deal with the side dishes used in claypot rice. The picture is the rice I steamed

I forgot to take pictures of the steps of preparing the dishes because it was my first time posting and I didn’t know how to do it. I had made many delicious dishes before but never took pictures of the process. First, slice the homemade sausage, because I don’t have Cantonese sausage anymore. I only have the sausage that I stuffed myself, so I used this. Then I processed the garlic cloves, peppers, carrots, and mushrooms. You can use other vegetables. I used the leftover vegetables in the refrigerator. Take a bowl, combine oyster sauce, soy sauce, green onion and ginger cooking wine, sesame oil, chicken juice and water to make a sauce. Taste it for yourself. Just make it a little lighter because the sausage is salty. Put corn oil in the pot, then sauté the garlic cloves until fragrant, add the sausage and stir-fry until it changes color, then braise the pork slices and mushrooms, stir-fry for a while, then add the carrots and peppers and stir-fry, pour in the sauce, then add the coriander and stir-fry evenly. Brush the sesame oil in the stone pot and brush it evenly (I should use a casserole, I only have a stone pot) and put the steamed rice in it.

Put the stone pot on the natural gas stove, turn on medium-low heat,

Arrange the fried sausages and vegetables in order. Pour in the cooking soup, beat an egg in the middle, and then cover the lid. After a while, you will hear a sizzling sound. When you open the lid and see the egg white solidified, you can turn off the heat. Then add sweet and spicy sauce, a little coriander, mix well and start eating. You can add any sauce you like.

The finished product picture looks pretty good. Served with homemade iced rock sugar oranges on the side. There are also spicy cabbage and roses rolled in tomato skins
