Chop the native chicken into large pieces and wash them. Soak the bleeding water in cold water. Change the water several times during the soaking process.

Boil the chicken pieces in cold water, remove any foam, and rinse with warm water.

Soak the mushrooms and wash them, wash the red dates, wolfberry and barley.

Cut green onion into sections and slice ginger.

Add chicken nuggets, mushrooms, red dates, wolfberry, barley, green onions, ginger slices and salt to the pot. Add hot water to cover the chicken nuggets.

Simmer in the electric pressure cooker for 40 minutes and remove the onion and ginger.

Dish out and add coriander segments and chopped green onion.
