Banana Bread
Overview
I still have two bananas at home. If I don’t eat them, they will go bad and become covered with spots. Such bananas are no longer very tasty and it would be a pity to throw them away. However, these bananas are finally eaten when I make banana bread, which also satisfies my greedy daughters. This is delicious with afternoon tea!

Steps
-
Prepare all the required ingredients and preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. Let’s check on Baidu to find out how many degrees Celsius it is
-
First, measure a cup and a half of flour into a sieve and sift it, so that the baked bread will not be too lumpy (I use foreign measurement methods, which is simpler and you don’t have to think about how many grams to measure, just use a measuring spoon to measure the cup)
-
Melt the butter over low heat
-
Peel the banana and crush it with a fork
-
I don’t like it to be too sweet, so I halved the amount
-
Measure the vanilla extract
-
baking soda
-
Beat the eggs
-
Put all the ingredients prepared above into the mixing bowl and mix evenly. Be careful not to mix too hard. You can cut and mix so as not to mix the noodles to death
-
Pour the mixed batter into the mold. Remember to touch a layer of oil before pouring. It will be easier to unmold after testing. Then put it in the lower shelf of the oven and bake for 50 to 70 minutes. At 50 minutes, start to check whether the surface of the bread has become browned. You can use a toothpick to poke it into the middle. When it comes out clean, it is ready!

I returned the U.S. dollars and took photos, but my precious daughter took a piece of it away. She couldn’t wait any longer, hahaha
