Overview

Recently I followed the domestic drama "Ordinary Days", starring Sha Yi and Xu Cuicui. Their characters are both ordinary and perfect. Although they have their own shortcomings, they are all kind-hearted, righteous, sincere in treating others, and do not care about gains and losses. In the play, Li Dabao, a cotton mill worker played by Sha Yi, and Zhang Duoduo, a song and dance troupe actor played by Xu Cuicui, are the main line, and the daily life of the two families is the auxiliary line. There is no palace fighting and no suspense reasoning. It is almost the kind of family and ordinary and ordinary people that you can see everywhere in your life.   1. Soak the mushrooms in advance and cut them into cross-shaped shapes on the surface. Don’t throw away the water in which the mushrooms have been soaked, keep it aside.

  2. Cut the tofu into thick slices and then cut diagonally into triangles.

  3. Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pot. When the oil temperature reaches about 70% hot, add the tofu slices and fry until golden brown and take them out.

  12. Finally, add some fat beef slices and eat them after they are cooked. After finishing one pot, add the remaining ingredients and cook them before eating. It can also be eaten with raw egg liquid, which is an authentic Japanese way of eating.
