Shrimp roasted pumpkin
Overview
In order to prepare my child to adapt to school life in advance, I have been training him crazily in the past few days to eat various vegetables. This cabbage is what he doesn't like to eat. I added the mushrooms he likes to eat, so that the cabbage with the flavor of mushrooms becomes his meal. The child said: Mom, if the food cooked in school is so delicious, I can eat it. I guess this is unlikely, son!

Peel the pumpkin, cut into thin slices, and dice the green onions.
