Pimple Soup——Broccoli Egg Pimple Noodle Soup
Overview
This is the first time I upload a recipe. Because my photography skills are limited, I can only roughly imitate others. Today I saw how to make pimple soup in a Rubik's Cube. Thinking that I still have flour at home and the leftover broccoli from yesterday, I mixed it up. It tastes quite delicious, so I will introduce it to everyone. If you have time, you can try it!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare all the ingredients, you need a pair of scissors ~ two green onions, half a sheet of seaweed (a handful of seaweed), a piece of broccoli, and an egg
-
Cut the broccoli into small florets, then cut the seaweed into thin strips, and cut the green onions into green onions
-
Then put the flour into a bowl, add water little by little with a small spoon, be sure to add water little by little, stir into a lump and set aside
-
Boil the water in the pot (I used the leftover broth from last night to avoid wasting it~)
-
Add broccoli and cook for one minute
-
Then pour the gnocchi in and stir quickly to prevent it from turning into a lump. Then add an appropriate amount of salt, sugar, oil, and light soy sauce and bring to a boil
-
Break the eggs and pour them into the pot and bring to a boil (I like to use this method, crack the rounded end of the eggs a little bit, and then make a hole. Because of the mold, the eggs will not leak out. When using, just use chopsticks to pierce the membrane, stir and pour it in)
-
Add the seaweed and stir evenly and take it out~
-
Sprinkle with chopped green onion and a little sesame oil and you’re done! ~The taste of seaweed is quite rich, the broccoli is crunchy and has the taste of chives. It is the first choice for breakfast!
