Scrambled eggs with fried sauce
Overview
I ate scrambled eggs with fried sauce once in a farmer's meal, and it was delicious. I also made it myself, using my own homemade fried sauce scrambled eggs, which tasted even better.

Prepare eggs, chopped green onions, and fried sauce;

Pour a spoonful of cooking wine into the egg liquid and stir evenly with your hands;

Add oil to the wok, more oil than used for stir-frying. When the oil is hot, pour in the egg liquid;

Fry the eggs into chunks and set aside, set aside for later use;

Put a little oil in the pot, add chopped green onions and stir-fry until fragrant;

Add the fried sauce and stir-fry evenly;

Add the scrambled eggs and stir-fry;
