Overview
I like to eat bread, especially bread made from dried cranberries, which is sour and sweet. In the past few days, I have been eating bread or cakes made from cranberries. The more I ate, the more addictive I became. Before I finished eating, I was already making food for the next time.

Put the other ingredients except butter and dried cranberries into the bread barrel and start the kneading process for 20 minutes.

Wash the cranberries and melt the butter at room temperature.

Add butter and continue kneading in the bread machine for 20 minutes.

Ferment the dough in the bucket for 1 hour until it reaches 2---2.5 times in size.

Roll the dough into a round shape, release the air and rest for 10 minutes.

Shape the dough into a rectangular shape and sprinkle dried cranberries evenly over it.

Roll up into tube shape.

Place in toast box.

Leave to ferment in a warm place until 9 minutes full.

Brush with egg wash and remove almond slices.

Place in an oven that has been preheated for 5 minutes at 170 degrees, bake the middle and lower layers up and down for 30 minutes, remove from the oven and let cool to remove from the mold.
