Wash the shrimps, cut off the whiskers, and string bamboo skewers on the back (to prevent the shrimps from bending)

Add water to the pot and bring to a boil, add a little white vinegar (good for peeling shrimp shells), cook, remove and let cool.

Let the cooked shrimps cool, peel and set aside

Beat the eggs and fry them into egg skins and cut them into strips

Wash lettuce and coriander

Wash the cucumber and cut into strips

Chop small peppers and coriander, add fish sauce, lemon juice and appropriate amount of water to dilute and mix well to make a dipping sauce

Take a piece of rice paper and wet it with cold water. Place the ingredients on the middle and lower part of the rice paper. Now cover the ingredients with the rice paper on the side close to the body and roll it up slightly. Then fold the rice paper on the left and right sides, tighten the ingredients and continue to roll them into shape

Roll up the ingredients one by one. Cut in half and serve with sauce.
