The ingredients are as shown in the picture, including eggs and cold rice

Beat eggs with appropriate amount of salt

Pour hot oil into the pan, change the heat to medium and spread out the egg skins, I spread out 2, set aside

Heat oil in a pan, add chives and sauté until fragrant, add green beans and stir-fry for a while, then add carrots and stir-fry. These two should be added first if they need to be stir-fried. Finally, add cucumbers, rice, salt, soy sauce, thirteen-spice powder and stir-fry. It will be a little dry. So add a little more water-soluble salt and cook it.

Put the fried rice into a small bowl and compact it with a spatula. Invert onto plate. Cut the egg pancake into strips and garnish on the rice. It would be even prettier if I added some green beans. The heart shapes on the sides are pressed out with molds and decorated around the plate
