  3. Blanch the winter bamboo shoots in a hot water pot, remove and dice them.

  5. Heat oil in a pot, add peanuts over low heat and stir-fry until golden brown and take out.

  6. Simmer onions and ginger in a pot.

  7. Add the diced pork and stir-fry until the color of the diced pork turns white.
