Peel the taro.

Cut into long strips.

Ingredients: sausage, dried shrimps, peanuts.

Mix rice flour and cornstarch together.

Add water to make it look like yogurt.

Heat oil in a pan, add diced Chinese sausage and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the dried shrimps and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add shredded taro and fry until soft.

Add salt, sugar, thirteen spices and chicken essence.

Mix well and add flavor.

Turn to low heat and pour in the batter.

Stir until solidified and turn off the heat.

Sprinkle in peanuts and mix well.

Prepare a square stainless steel basin, line the bottom with oiled paper for release, or brush it with oil.

Pour everything into the basin and press until smooth.

Boil water in the pot and steam for 40 minutes. If you use a shallower pot, the time can be shortened.

Sprinkle with cooked sesame seeds and let cool completely before unmoulding.

After demoulding, cut into small pieces and can be eaten directly or heated and fried.
