Fried fish fillets
Overview
When it comes to kitchen pots and pans, I think a good non-stick wok is a must. Because many dishes have non-stick pans, the success rate has suddenly improved, such as frying fish. With a good non-stick pan, even with zero cooking skills, you can fry fish perfectly without peeling off the skin. If you use an ordinary pan, the fish will be completely different. There are also some dishes that are easy to stick to the pan, such as the fish fillets I made today. Using a non-stick pan to fry them is healthy and reduces fumes, and can perfectly maintain the shape of the fish fillets. It will not cause the fish fillets to become minced due to sticking to the pan. When making pot stickers and fried dumplings, the advantage of a non-stick pan is self-evident. It can keep the shape intact and is not easy to burn on the bottom, making it easy to fry pot stickers with great flavor. Why are we talking about pots? Because my original non-stick pot cannot be used, I just bought a very cost-effective Delish wok. After using it, I feel that it is really useful. After testing with various testing methods, I feel that the quality of this non-stick pan is still very good. I have posted an experience log with pictures of various tests. You can check it out

Ingredients
Steps
-
Today I used longli fish meat that had been deboned and skinned. Wash and dry the surface
-
Cut into slices about 4 mm thick and 40 mm long,
-
Put it into a plate and stir it with rice wine and pepper first,
-
Then add a little dry starch and mix evenly,
-
Finally, add about 3 grams of cooking oil, mix well and marinate for about 15 minutes. This treatment can ensure that the fish fillets will be smoother and more tender when fried, and the shape will be more complete.
-
Cut the side dishes and set aside
-
Heat a Delish non-stick pan properly, add an appropriate amount of cooking oil to the pan and sauté the minced ginger until fragrant, then pour in the marinated fish fillets
-
Use the Delish non-stick pan, which will not stick to the pan. You can stir-fry with confidence, and the fish fillets will not rot. Stir-fry until the fish fillets change color and then serve out
-
Heat oil in the pot, add side dishes and stir-fry
-
Add appropriate amount of salt and fry for half a minute
-
Finally, add the fried fish fillets and add an appropriate amount of chives
-
Stir-fry briefly and serve
