Spinach rolls

Very healing spinach green, looks like spring, you can eat spring into your stomach.

Preparation: spinach leaves, flour, yeast powder.

Put spinach leaves into a blender and add appropriate amount of water to make juice.

Put flour, yeast powder and sugar in the plate.

Add spinach juice and mix into large noodles.

Then knead it into a smooth dough and let it ferment naturally indoors for about 90 minutes (17-24 degrees today).

Take it out and knead it repeatedly until it is smooth.

Shape into long strips.

Then roll it into a rectangle.

Apply a layer of cooking oil.

Fold left and right as shown in the picture.

Divide into small and large portions.

Take one portion and twist it in opposite directions as shown in the picture.

Put them all in the steamer in order, let them rise for 15-20 minutes, steam them with cold water for 15-20 minutes, turn off the heat and simmer for 5 minutes before opening.

After steaming, it has risen well and I am quite satisfied.
