Pickled pork slices
Overview
The weather has been hot recently and I have no appetite at all. After thinking about it, I still feel like eating something spicy and sour is good. So I made this as a side dish, and it was so delicious. . . Of course, paired with a tall glass of ice lemonade, it goes perfectly!

Prepare auxiliary ingredients: slice ginger, cut pickled pepper into sections, and reserve the pickled pepper water for later use
-
Wash the fungus and green vegetables and drain them. Rub the green vegetables with boiling water, take them out and put them into a large bowl

Cut the lean meat into thin slices, add salt, soy sauce, and five-spice powder and marinate for 10 minutes to add flavor, then add starch and mix well. Start the fire, put oil in the pot, fry the dried chili segments and garlic, add the pickled cabbage and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add hot water and pickled pepper and ginger slices to the pot and bring to a boil.

After the water boils, add the meat slices and put the fungus into the pot and bring to a boil together. Add the coriander and the pot is ready. If you like, you can add a few drops of sesame oil.
