There is no cornstarch, so I just use regular starch.

The egg whites separated and I accidentally broke one.

All materials are weighed and not shown in the picture one by one.

Heat butter, cheese, milk, and 25 grams of sugar over water until melted.

It should be completely melted and try not to have any particles.

Add the cake mix, there is no plug so there is no overfilling.

Mix for a long time, try to mix evenly.

Add 3 drops of white vinegar and sugar to the egg whites and beat at high speed, mix well with the cake batter.

Fill a six-inch cake mold

Put it in the oven and heat it up and down to 150 degrees for an hour.
