Chop onions, ginger, garlic, meat, peppers, and dried radish (or pickled mustard)

Cut the tofu into about 0.8 cm slices and place them on a plate

Heat the oil in the wok, add onion, ginger and garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add chili, radish, dried minced pork and black bean sauce in order. Add a little spicy sauce for a very fresh taste and a little salt to taste

Pour the prepared sauce evenly over the tofu

Set the steamer over water and let it boil for 5 minutes

Remove from the pan and garnish with chopped green onion
