Chop the pork into mince.

Add some very fresh soy sauce and marinate for a while.

Wash and chop green onions.

Add to the minced meat, add some oil, soy sauce, salt and chicken essence and mix thoroughly.

Prepare wonton wrappers.

Take a wonton wrapper and put the meat filling on one corner.

Roll up.

Fold it in half and pinch it tightly to wrap it up.

All wrapped up.

In a large bowl, add chopped mustard, dried shrimps, chopped coriander, salt, and soy sauce.

Cook the wontons and place in a large bowl.
