Mango grilled chicken legs
Overview
The mangoes are first made into a sweet and sour mango sauce, then the chicken legs are marinated and grilled until the skin is crispy and the meat is tender. It is a very delicious dish.

Wash the large chicken legs, dry them, and marinate them with olive oil, salt, and black pepper;

Heat a pot over medium heat, add olive oil, add chopped onions and stir-fry. After about 5 minutes, add chopped garlic cloves and stir-fry for 1 minute;

Add mango, minced ginger, raisins, mustardseeds, red chili sauce powder, white vinegar, water and sugar, stir, wait until the soup boils, then turn to low heat and simmer for 30 minutes to make the mango crispy and the soup thickens. You can lightly season it with salt and remove from the heat; the mango sauce is ready.

If you want to marinate 5 large chicken drumsticks like me, take half of the cooled mango sauce, puree it with a blender, and marinate the drumsticks for a few hours or overnight

Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius, bake for 55 minutes, then turn to high heat (BROIL for 5 minutes). The other half of the mango sauce can be eaten as you like. You can eat it directly with the roasted chicken legs over rice, or you can beat it into puree and eat it with the chicken legs;
