Braised lamb bones
Overview
Select large bones and boil them into soup stock. The bone marrow will be chewed gently, leaving a fragrant aroma on your lips and teeth. It is a great calcium supplement, suitable for children and the elderly.

Wash the large lamb bones bought by vx applet Xianwang, wash them to a suitable size and put them into the prepared casserole.

Pour in the prepared water, just enough to cover the ingredients.

Put sliced tomatoes (those who don’t like tomatoes too rotten can put them in later) scallions, ginger slices, peppercorns, and cumin (Xianwang mutton does not need any seasoning to maintain its freshness).

Cover and bring to a boil.

After the water boils for a period of time, use a spoon to remove the blood foam on the top, turn to low heat and simmer for 40 minutes.

Stew until the bones and meat are soft and tender, then serve on a plate. It eats meat and soup with its big mouth, and sucks out the bone marrow with a straw.
