Mix baking powder, flour and salt

Mix eggs, vanilla, almond extract, rapeseed oil, and sugar. Stir well and then add matcha mixed with water. Stir well and then add flour until even.

Use an ice cream scoop or other tool to scoop them out and place them in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes

Preheat the oven to 170-200 (depending on personal circumstances) and bake for about 10 minutes until the bottom is a little brown.

Let it rest for 10 minutes, sprinkle with powdered sugar, or add some matcha powder and you’re ready to eat!
