Braised prawns
Overview
A family of three’s favorite is the braised prawns. It has crispy shrimp skin, tender shrimp meat, and a mouthful of soup in one bite. It’s absolutely delicious and overflowing with flavor. Wow! Stunningly beautiful!

Devein the shrimp, wash and drain.

Prepare all-purpose juice. There are instructions below.

Cut green onions into sections, shred ginger, and slice garlic cloves.

Heat the oil in the pan, add the shrimps, and fry the shrimps until crispy, then take them out. Leave oil in the pan.

Sauté the green onions, ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Return the shrimp to the pot and stir-fry for a while and add all-purpose sauce. Cover the pot and simmer over medium heat for two minutes before removing from the pot.
