Overview
I saw the recipe of Okonomiyaki on Weibo. The chef said that you can put whatever you like into Okonomiyaki. It is very simple. So I added some sausages to the original one, and then performed some free-style operations, haha ~ quick and delicious ~

Wash and peel the yam. (My yam weighs 500g, which is one pound.)

After cutting into small pieces, cover with a layer of plastic wrap and place in the microwave on high heat for 6 minutes.

Cut into smaller pieces.
