Stir-fried pork loin with chili and garlic
Overview
Pork loin, also known as pig kidney, contains protein, fat, carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorus, iron and vitamins, etc. It has the effects of strengthening the kidney and replenishing the waist, and regulating kidney qi. It can be used to treat kidney deficiency, low back pain, edema, deafness and other diseases. Personally, I think the fishy smell of pork loin is stronger, so I add more spices every time I fry it. Like today's stir-fried pork loin with chili and garlic sprouts, it doesn't smell fishy when it's stir-fried, and it goes very well with rice!
