  1. Prepare materials for later use

  2. Mix flour and water evenly

  3. Knead into a smooth dough and set aside

  4. Roll out the dough into a thin crust

  6. Cut into thick strips and set aside

  7. Heat oil in a pan and fry the eggs. Fry only one side. Fry them into candied eggs and set aside

  8. Cut potatoes into shreds and beef strips and set aside

  9. Fried poached eggs and sauteed shredded potatoes in oil

  10. Add beef strips and stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of cooking wine and sauté until fragrant

  11. Pour half a pot of cold water

  12. Bring to a boil and add noodles, one by one
