The noodle soup is made from beef and shredded potatoes. It is very fresh. Each noodle absorbs the umami flavor and is really chewy

Prepare materials for later use

Mix flour and water evenly

Knead into a smooth dough and set aside

Roll out the dough into a thin crust

Fold up

Cut into thick strips and set aside

Heat oil in a pan and fry the eggs. Fry only one side. Fry them into candied eggs and set aside

Cut potatoes into shreds and beef strips and set aside

Fried poached eggs and sauteed shredded potatoes in oil

Add beef strips and stir-fry evenly, add appropriate amount of cooking wine and sauté until fragrant

Pour half a pot of cold water

Bring to a boil and add noodles, one by one

Cover and simmer until the noodles are cooked

Add MSG and salt to taste
